IVA, VGB PowerTech: What Happened to Fukushima Daiichi’s Reactor 4?

Both the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) and the German VGB PowerTech e.V. raise a very important question in their May 7, 2011, report regarding the suspicious explosion at reactor 4 which had been defueled in November of 2010:

Although they rightfully question what happened to reactor 4 of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, their investigation is based on the fact that there was a 9.0 earthquake on March 11, 2011, wrongfully [1, 2] following data provided by the USGS.

A second important fact that they do not take into account for their investigation is the proven sabotage [1, 2] that took/takes place in Fukushima.
